I offer psychotherapy via telehealth to individuals 18 years and older in Arizona and Indiana if you plan to utilize insurance you must live primarily in one of those states. If you are self-pay, then I can utilize my Psypact license to see you in different states.

What to expect at your visit:
Before your initial visit, you will be sent new client paperwork and consent forms via the client portal.
When it is time for your session, we will connect via secure video based teletherapy service. The initial intake session lasts approximately 60 minutes and subsequent therapy sessions last 50 minutes. I can offer 30 minute sessions in some instances, if that is preferred. The first few sessions will focus on getting to know you and defining treatment goals/desires.

Self-Pay: Credit card, HSA or FSA
I accept Aetna and United healthcare insurance plans.
I do not accept any AHCCCS/Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans.
- For self-pay clients, I can provide documentation if you would like to submit it to your insurance to possibly receive reimbursement.
- Typically you will receive reimbursement only after you have met your deductible. Please contact your insurance carrier for more information.
